Refund policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and want to return your item.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure goods are returned intact, in the same condition you received them in, in their original packaging, un-used, and with any product tags still attached.
Parcels must be returned at your own cost and for your own security we recommend you obtain proof of postage and suitable insurance cover and tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit.
Once your returned goods have been received, we will process your return minus shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of its condition.
We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company while waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
