Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

My shipping time for domestic orders is 3-5 business days after the order is placed. I typically ship Priority Mail or USPS First class. Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 business days to be delivered after I have packed and shipped.  First class usually takes 2-4 business days. I will send you a shipping notification once your order has been packed and dropped off. Please let me know if you need your order expedited so that I may try our best to get it to you! 

International Shipping
I send the majority of our international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't provide a tracking number or delivery confirmation. Delivery times will vary depending on location, the time of the year and local postal processing time - orders should arrive within  2-4 weeks.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Believe Candle Co have no control over these circumstances.
